RALF METZNER

Director
Ralf is a Civil/Structural Engineer (German Masters equivalent) with a second Masters in Engineering Management and PRINCE2 certificates in Project Management. Ralf has worked on diverse projects across the globe and has a passion for delivering infrastructure/heavy industry projects and improving the public domain.

Ralf's career has seen him deliver large scale projects and be a key team member on several multi-billion dollar capital investment projects.

Ralf has a unique skill to build high-performance teams and work with all stakeholders, contractors and clients in a manner that ensures exceptional delivery of every project.

MELISSA METZNER

Business Manager
Melissa is our Business Manager. She has a diverse career managing business operations from travel, recruitment, the beauty industry and project management services.

Melissa's strength is the coordination of services, clients liaison and administration, ensuring our operations are effective and efficient.
